Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime via the customer portal in your profile menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProposalOS is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any analysis provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
